Project Description
The City of Houston (“City”) is seeking proposals from qualified Contractors to provide Mystery Shopper Services for the Houston Airport System (“HAS”) to evaluate and monitor airport concessions controlled by George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH), William P. Hobby Airport (HOU) and Parking Services. This is for a three (3) year contract with (2) one-year options to renew annually for a maximum five (5) year term.
