Project Description

The City of Houston (“City”) is seeking submissions from qualified program management leaders to provide Executive Program Management (“EPM”) services. Following the EPM procurement, the City will separately solicit Program Management Support Services (“PMSS”) teams to provide project management, program controls management, design management, and construction management and other services, systems, and staffing to execute the Major Projects Portfolio (“MPP”). The term of this contract is for five (5) years with two-year options to extend.
