The intent of the program is to contract multiple highly qualified aviation planning entities through an RFQ process to perform Aviation On-Call Planning Services for proposed Capital Improvement Program (CIP) projects and other various airport related and specialized projects at George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH), William P. Hobby Airport (HOU), Ellington Airport (EFD), and various other properties.
