ALERT: Roadway Construction Will Impact George Bush Intercontinental Airport Terminal C Arrivals
November 23, 2020

HOUSTON (June 29, 2021) – Roadway construction on North Terminal Road at George Bush Intercontinental Airport, IAH, will reduce the number of lanes leading to Terminal C Arrivals. This may not only cause traffic congestion for Terminal C Arrivals, but may also cause traffic congestion for passengers departing from Terminals C, D and E. Roadway construction is ongoing.

Please consider the following when traveling to Bush Airport.

  • Passengers departing from Terminals C, D and E should expect roadway delays. Please build-in an extra hour to your arrival time.

  • To reduce traffic congestion, family members or friends who are picking up passengers should wait at cell phone lots until the arriving passenger is ready at curbside for pickup.

    • Will Clayton Pkwy. cell phone lot located at 5703 Will Clayton Parkway.

    • John F. Kennedy Blvd. cell phone lot located at 17010 John F. Kennedy Blvd.
