Sunflower Lanyard Program

The Sunflower Lanyard allows travelers with non-visible disabilities to discreetly notify staff of their potential need for assistance. Houston Airports staff members are trained to be attentive to travelers wearing the Sunflower and provide assistance when needed disabilities. To request a Sunflower Landyard, prior to yoru date of travel, send a request that includes your mailing address: has_accessbility@houstonttx.gov. A Sunflower Landyard can also be obtained at t he airport at any Houston Airports information booth.
