Traveling with Pets and Service Animals

Service animals and pets are always welcome at Houston Airports. Service Animal Relief Areas (SARAS) are located post-security within the terminals for the convenience of working animals pets and their owners. To ensure safety, all pets and emotional support animals must be crated while inside the terminal.

SARA Locations at IAH:

• Terminal A: Near Gate A12 (post-security)
• Terminal B: Near Gate B1, across from The Fruteria (post-security)
• Terminal C: Across from Gate C2 (post-security)
• Terminal D: Across from Gate D12 (post-security) – Currently closed for renovations. Nearest relief area is by Gate E12.
• Terminal E: Across from Gate E12 (post-security)
