Houston Airports offers guided familiarization tours designed for individuals with disabilities and their service animals. These tours provide an opportunity to explore key areas of the airport, including ticketing and check-in counters, security checkpoints, boarding gates, and other common spaces.

Led by trained airport staff with expertise in accessibility and disability-related accommodations, each tour is tailored to meet the specific needs and preferences of individuals or groups.

To schedule a tour, submit a written request to has_accessibility@houstontx.gov with your preferred date and the number of participants.
