Director’s Safety Philosophy

As the Director of Aviation and Accountable Executive, I carry the ultimate responsibility for the Safety Management System and safety of our employees. I expect every employee, contractor, tenant, and stakeholder to be active participants in our SMS Program.  Everyone shall use safe practices in their everyday operations and report any discrepancies to his/her Manager.  In addition, no employee will be disciplined for reporting a safety hazard or incident through our nonpunitive reporting system. Employees that report these hazards will be recognized and commended, not disciplined.

Together, we will improve our employees, tenants, stakeholders, contractors, and customers experience by making safety excellence an integral part of our day-to-day operations.
