IAH Badge Ready

This page lists initial applicants who have passed the STA and CHRC and are ready to receive a badge at Bush Intercontinental Airport. Please ensure that your new badge applicant has completed the SIDA and any other training required for the position before scheduling an appointment. Applicant's badge will not be issued if proof of training cannot be established. You can sort columns by clicking on the column header and/or use the selector below to filter what you view by sponsor, employer, or airport location.

Please notify badging office if an individual listed is no longer employed or does not require a badge so the name can be removed.

* Ensure the date employee reports to the badging office to receive badge is less than 30 calendar days from the Approval Date below. Ensure employee brings the same 2 forms of identification provided during initial application process to the badging office.

** For FIS access (“B” or “R” designation on badge), applicant must apply for and have received approval from CBP. This process is separate from the Houston Airport System badging office. Employees listed as ready to badge below does not indicate that they have been approved by CBP.
