Project Description

This project will be to build a facility which can house both the Integrated Coordination Center (ICC) and Emergency Operations Center (EOC) in proximity, bringing together critical HAS partners, law enforcement, and federal partners to provide improved situational awareness, effective event coordination, collaborative decision making, and reduced response time. The facility shall utilize state-of-the-art technology to support industry best practices of operational coordination and emergency management. The facility will be operational 24/7 and shall be capable of sheltering its personnel for extended periods when required.
